Yoga Teacher Training Level 1 (200 Hour Certification)
Begins September 10th, 2020
“Never in my wildest dreams did I know the multitude of ways that AYTT would help me, guide, touch me….so exquisitely beautiful.” – D.P., Redmond
Rather than focusing only on the physical body, Ananda Yoga harnesses the subtle energy of each asana, channeling it inward and upward. As an Ananda Yoga teacher, you will experience and share the higher states of awareness attainable through each asana. We will learn the classic Hatha Yoga postures (asanas) with a focus on the subtle aspects such as breath awareness (pranayama), prana (energy) in the spine and chakras, affirmations, safe yoga practice, individual modifications, 8-Fold Path & yoga sutras, spiritual awakening, anatomy, and much more!
The Ananda Institute of Living Yoga will be offering Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) at the 200 hour level for 2020-2021. Yoga Teacher Training will be offered both online and in-person (per the requirements of gathering as permitted by the county and WA state) starting on September 10th, 2020 and completing in February 2021. This course is approved through Yoga Alliance.
