With Amanda Lamprecht E-RYT500 | C-IAYT | YACEP. In this workshop, certified yoga teachers from all traditions and serious yoga practitioners will learn essential modifications and guidelines for teaching prenatal yoga students attending regular yoga classes. The workshop will cover modifications for each trimester, asanas to avoid, and safe practices to support the well-being of pregnant students.

For yoga teachers and students of all ages! Experience or teach Ananda Yoga to those with physical or other limitations, using chairs, props, posture modifications, affirmations, and encouragement.
Learn about age-related concerns in teaching to or practicing yoga as an older adult and how to accommodate those concerns.

Join Amanda Lamprecht E-RYT500 | C-IAYT | YACEP for a day of backbends! Backbends strengthen the heart by charging the kidneys, aiding in breathing with a wider diaphragm, and creating space between the spinal vertebrae. On an energetic level, backbends transition you from the past into the present—the only place where true happiness resides. Backbends also facilitate the opening of three major centers in the body—the pelvis, the heart, and the throat. This workshop will guide you in bringing the energy of the lower three chakras into the heart center and bring joy into your life.
