Ananda Yoga for Happy Feet, Legs & Spine

Join Amanda Lamprecht, E-RYT500 | C-IAYT | YACEP for an Ananda Yoga workshop where you will discover your feet and legs and learn to channel the energy from the periphery of the body into the deep spine. Flexibility, mobility, and spinal health are believed to be interconnected with rejuvenation, maintaining robust health, and staying present. Standing Poses are among the easiest asanas in yoga, making them an ideal starting point to build a strong foundation of awareness and spinal health. In this workshop, you will learn how to perform open and closed pelvis standing poses with ease, tailored to your ability level (with plenty of modifications provided). Understand how these standing poses translate into profound spinal awareness and overall well-being.

We will delve into the fundamentals of standing poses, beginning with the feet and progressing through the legs, spine, torso, front body, back body, side body awareness, neck, head, and drishti.

This knowledge will guide you in finding optimal alignment, power, and spinal awareness within your practice, fostering happy feet, legs, and spine. Let’s YOGA!
