Enhance Your Personal Practice with Group Meditation!

Both new and experienced meditators benefit from group meditations, which greatly amplify the power of each meditator’s efforts.

Group meditations are free, and Ananda Washington offers many opportunities during the typical week to meditate with others, either in-person or online. All are welcome!  Always best to check our website or call ahead in case of any schedule changes.


Blue Lotus Temple:

  • Mondays through Fridays at 12:30 to 1 pm
  • Sundays before service at 9:15 to 9:45 am

Hansa Temple, Ananda Community:

  • Mondays through Fridays at 6:30 to 7:30 am
  • Mondays through Fridays at 12:30 to 1 pm
  • Saturdays at 7 to 9 am

Saturday morning meditations at Ananda Community, Lynnwood

Saturday morning meditations are being extended from the first Saturday of each month to four Saturdays each month: 7 to 9 a.m. in Hansa Temple. Meditations will include some special features as per the leader(s) which might include chanting at the chakras, readings, chanting, and, of course, meditation!

There will be exceptions, for example, the Christmas Meditation Day on Saturday, December 23 (at the temple). Our website and weekly emails will note any exceptions as they come up.

Sadhana leaders include Amy Morrison, Robyn Mattis, Jaidhara and Vahini Sleighter, Sita Tocco, and Hriman and others when needed. [The 3rd Saturday of the month Saturday meditations at the temple will no longer take place.] All are welcome. A building permit is with the County for adding a bathroom to Hansa but while that is still a few months away, the dining room bathroom in the Community will be opened by the sadhana leader.
