Ananda Yoga is a classical style of Hatha Yoga that uses asana and pranayama to facilitate both the awakening and experience of, and ultimately control over, the subtle energies (prana) within oneself. The Ananda Yoga system shows us how to use those energies to harmonise body, mind and emotions thereby enabling us to attune ourselves with higher levels of awareness. The Ananda Institute of Living Yoga is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance (YA). We offer weekly drop-in classes as well as workshops that can be taken for YA continuing education credit, and Yoga Teacher Training RYT200 (Level One), and RYT300 (Level Two).
