There are 2 sessions of Kriya Prep each year.  In 2025, the first group started in January and will take initiation in July. The second group starts in May and will take initiation in November. Some of the following classes have two dates listed to reflect the two different groups of students.  Students should expect to meet almost every Thursday from 7-9pm until initiation.

Prerequisite:

It is offered twice a year, starting in September and January.  Learn the Hong-Sau meditation technique, yogic lifestyle and core philosophy.  Offered at the Blue Lotus Temple in Bothell and online.
