Heart Song Retreat has hosted two women’s retreats in 2025 with more coming in 2026.  Past retreats have involved meditation, yoga, hiking, crafting and more.  Always with an intention to foster deep connection and peace, attendees have also participated in ‘worry fasts’ and forest bathing.
