Restorative Yoga with Lorie | In Person Only | First Fridays

Come and be guided and nourished into a deep state of relaxation through Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra, led by Lorie Gail. Space is limited and this experience has not been offered since before the pandemic, so please register in advance. REGISTER IN ADVANCE HERE
Restorative yoga aids complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation by entirely supporting the body with props so there is no strain or active stretch, allowing the poses to be held for long period of time. Yoga Nidra is a guided practice that leads into a deep state of relaxation between sleep and wakefulness.
Lorie is a Yoga Therapist, Adaptive Yoga teacher, and certified Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra instructor with hundreds of hours of specialty training. Her in-person classes are a mini-retreat that gives you an opportunity to be supported and nourished in the serene and uplifting sanctuary of the Blue Lotus Temple.
In order to get the most out of the practice, extensive props are required, so please bring several blankets, a pillow and an eye mask or scarf.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to get your station/props organized.
