ONLINE Yoga Class Schedule
Dear Friends! All of our yoga classes are offered ONLINE (using Zoom). Most of our classes are suitable for all levels including Beginners! Beginners can join any All Levels Yoga class!
Joining class online is easy! Just click the Join Here link below for the Class you would like to join, we open the zoom meeting about 10 minutes before class.
For payment, we take attendance during yoga class and update your yoga pass. If you need to purchase a pass we will follow up via email AFTER class.
If you are a new student please register with us HERE. New Students, your first yoga class is FREE! Yoga passes can be purchased online HERE or feel free to email us at email@example.com or call 425.806.3700 for assistance.

Tuesdays Online Only at 7:15p – 9:15p Advanced Yoga with Vahini – JOIN Vahini HERE
Please Note: Advanced Yoga is suitable for students who have at least 6 months of continuous practice. It is not suitable for beginners. We will focus less on basic instruction and more on deepening poses and the subtle body. The class ends with an optional 40 minute chanting and meditation from @ 8:35p – 9:15p.

**For Restorative Yoga it’s helpful to gather props before class. Here are a few suggestions if you have them handy in your home.
