Yoga Class Schedule

Welcome!  We offer a variety of in person and online yoga classes.  We use Zoom for our online classes.    

Joining in person is easy!  Just arrive about 5 – 10 minutes before class begins so you can be settled in before class begins.  Please bring your own yoga mat.

If you prefer to join online just click the Join Here link below for the Class you would like to join.  The instructor will let you into the Zoom room and take attendance during class.  If you do not have a yoga pass, no worries, we will follow up with you after class.    

New Students, your first yoga class is FREE

**For Restorative Yoga it’s helpful to gather props before class.  Here are a few suggestions if you have them handy in your home.
