Over a decade ago, yoga served as a catalyst of profound healing in my life- physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It is with this gratitude and devotion that I am delighted to support others in discovering the multitude of benefits that Ananda Yoga offers! The unique approach of consciously lifting one’s energy through movement, attunement, pranayama, affirmation, and spinal/energy awareness allows for transformation from the inside out. Yoga not only brings alignment to the physical body, it calls us into the depths of our inner being and awakens the energy that animates all of life. Let’s come together and experience the sacred art of yoga, so that your life may be infused with the harmony and joy it awakes within!
Join Jenny for this uplifting and calming Ananda Yoga class. All levels of yoga experience are invited! There is an optional 15 minute meditation following yoga class.
