On this day in 1948, Swami Kriyananda was initiated as a disciple by Paramhansa Yogananda. Today’s service celebrates that event (without which Ananda would not exist!) with insightful talks by Hriman and Padma on what it means to be a disciple of a great master, with readings from Swami’s talks and writings on discipleship, and with his music.
