Segment 1 – Guided Practices, 10:30 to 12:30: Energization, Mahamudra, Hong Sau, Hong Sau in the Spine and more. With Murali, Padma and Hriman.
Segment 2 – Discussion, 1 to 3 p.m. Topics will be wide-ranging but may include: relationship of Hong Sau (etc.) to Kriya techniques. How to deepen your experience of today’s techniques (EE, HS, Mahamudra). How to practice these techniques with inspiration and devotion.
