What You’ll Experience

🌀 1-Hour Yoga Asana Class

A gentle morning yoga session to awaken and align the body—preparing you to receive and resonate with vibration and sound.

📖 1-Hour Lecture: The Heart of Nada Yoga

Explore the four sacred levels of sound:

• Vaikhari (audible)

• Madhyama (mental)

• Pashyanti (visualized)

• Para (transcendental)

We’ll dive into chakra anatomy, Bija mantras, toning, mudras, and pratyahara techniques to draw the senses inward and cultivate deep inner awareness.

🔔 1-Hour Sound Healing Session

Surrender into a deeply immersive sound bath, designed to relax and restore. You’ll experience:

• Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls

• Acutonics® high-frequency planetary tuning forks

• The Venus Gong

🧘‍♂️ 30-Minute Integration Circle

A reflective space to seal the experience—through journaling, discussion, and grounding.

What You’ll Learn

  • How sound integrates into Patanjali’s 8 Limbs of Yoga: Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi
  • The role of Bija mantras, astral anatomy, and sound pranayamas like Bhramari and Ujjayi
  • How to incorporate voice, sound, and vibration into your personal and teaching practice
  • Foundations of music theory and the mystical music of the spheres

💫 Whether you’re a yoga teacher or a sound-curious seeker, this experience is for you.

Step into the subtle world where vibration becomes meditation, and outer sound becomes inner silence.
