Morning Meditation Retreat for Inner Peace and Renewal

Meditation is the art of stillness, tranquility, and clear perception. It helps us find joy and peace even in the midst of life’s challenges. This half-day retreat is an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and refresh your spirit in a welcoming, supportive environment.
We’ll begin with gentle stretches to relax the body, followed by a guided meditation incorporating chanting, breath awareness, and an uplifting visualization that leads naturally into deep silence.
There will be time for open discussion, where you can share your experience or ask questions about meditation. We’ll end with a silent walking meditation on the serene grounds of Heart Song.
Whether you’re new to meditation or deepening your practice, this retreat offers a space to reconnect with your inner peace and clarity.

Robyn supports the Meditation Teacher training program. She also teaches the Course in Meditation. She is inspired to share the joy of meditation with others.
