Honoring Lahiri Mahasaya

Ananda kriyabans are invited to partake in a day of silent seclusion practicing together the kriya techniques of energization, Hong Sau, Aum and Kriya. We honor the birth, life and mahasamadhi of Lahiri Mahasaya by our silent, inner communion together.

We’ll have time for reading, journaling, light lunch and seva, and time outdoors in addition to our sadhana practices.

Refresh your brain, your body and mind and your soul, bathing in the light of Kriya and the blessings of Lahiri Mahasaya and the Kriya Yoga Masters.
