From Garden to Cup: The Gifts of Mint

July 3, 2026 @ 10:00 am 1:00 pm PDT

A Hands-On Herbal Retreat

Welcome to a refreshing and immersive 3-hour retreat dedicated to one of nature’s most delightful herbs: Mint!

Out in the gardens, we’ll explore a variety of fresh mints including peppermint, spearmint, applemint, chocolate and pineapple mints.

We’ll explore the history, benefits, and traditional uses of mint. You’ll learn about different varieties, growing and harvesting techniques, and practical ways to incorporate mint into daily life.

The retreat culminates in a hands-on tea blending workshop where you’ll create your own custom herbal mint tea to take home. Choose from several dried mint varieties and complementary herbs* such as chamomile, lemon balm, ginger, lavender, and lemon peel. Whether your intention is calming, uplifting, restorative, or simply delicious, you’ll craft a blend that reflects your personal taste and purpose.

We conclude with reflection, sharing, and a quiet closing practice, leaving you with new herbal knowledge, a handcrafted tea blend, and a deeper appreciation for the wisdom found in the garden.

*All of the dried mints we use will have been hand-harvested and dried by your retreat host.
