Does a loved one oppose your spiritual interests and involvement? Both in general and particularly among Ananda members, the unorthodox nature of the path of yoga and meditation can incite resistance, doubts, and sarcasm from a spouse or another person close to you. 
 
Fact is, however, the world itself opposes the path of awakening to higher and non-material realities. So too does the ego and subconscious mind. Opposition, in other words, is a given fact in the life of all devotees and seekers of truth: both from within and without! 
 
This Sunday, we discuss the weapons we have at our disposal to combat the siren songs of attachment. Victory awaits that soul who is a warrior (and not a worrier).
