Coming from India, I have certainly done yoga a lot of times, however never took it seriously, it was always a slow physical workout which never interested me that much, as I have always been very fond of more fast-paced workouts especially dancing.  I always had a deep connection with God and used to visit a lot of temples in India in search of a better expression to my love for God and the rituals conducted at the temple never satisfied my Logical Brain. After moving to the US, when I was going through an extremely difficult patch of my life, one day my mother shared with me a very inspiring video of a very popular Indian Yogi and his talks really moved me, Then I started binge watching any and every Yogi’s talks and videos on YouTube. Intrigued by the benefits of Yoga and Meditation that everyone was talking about, my journey on the path of yoga began 5 to 6 years back at a serious note and I decided to learn Classical Yoga hands on from someone authentic and not just through YouTube. That’s how I came across Ananda Temple and since then there’s no looking back. I have fallen in love with Yoga, the affirmations used at Ananda and Understood the true meaning of experiencing yoga Inside Out.

As we all know that Yoga has been highly regarded for how it benefits the mind and body and through my classes I want to educate people in Experiencing Yoga Inside-out and sharing and learning tips on Wellness with Yoga and Ayurveda.
