Michelle David

Michelle is an Ananda-certified yoga and meditation teacher.  She began teaching yoga in 2008 and served as Assistant Director of the Ananda Yoga Teacher Training for several years.  She is also a certified yoga therapist.

In addition to the many physical benefits, Michelle is deeply inspired by the power of yoga to awaken inner energy, calmness and joy.  Her classes reflect how this awakening can inform, transform and uplift daily life.  She is grateful for the opportunity to share this with all who come.
