This session features a menu of fresh, handcrafted sushi and comforting miso soup, two iconic dishes that showcase the balance and simplicity of Japanese flavors. From selecting the freshest ingredients to choosing the right tools for the job, you’ll gain the confidence and skills to recreate authentic Japanese meals in your own kitchen!
After the cooking session, you will enjoy the meal you’ve prepared, a delicious reward for your work and a chance to be in community with others.
You’ll also leave with the recipes, so you can recreate the magic in your own kitchen and share it with friends and family.
