“Who are we in reality? For what end were we made?” (Festival of Light)
Authenticity is a cornerstone of the spiritual journey. This men’s day retreat will be a safe and supportive container where we can uncover what it means to live a life being our authentic selves.
With guided satsang, inner-reflection and meditation, together, we will dive into the obstacles that keep us from authenticity, including fear, shame, attachment, and the need for approval. We will also explore how we authentically live with more integrity, purpose, and inner freedom.
Join us for a day of brotherhood while we as we ask one of life’s most essential questions: Who am I, really?
