Yoga Teacher Training

Yoga Teacher Training Level 1 (200 Hour Certification)

Rather than focusing only on the physical body, Ananda Yoga harnesses the subtle energy of each asana, channeling it inward and upward. As an Ananda Yoga teacher, you will experience and share the higher states of awareness attainable through each asana.

We will learn the classic Hatha Yoga postures (asanas) with a focus on the subtler aspects such as breath awareness (pranayama), prana (energy) in the spine and chakras, affirmations, safe yoga practice, individual modifications, 8-Fold Path & yoga sutras, spiritual awakening, anatomy, and much more!

Completion for credit of the Raja & Hatha Yoga Intensive is a requirement of Ananda Yoga Teacher Training.
