Through the use of affirmations and pranayama we align our own consciousness with more expanded realities. \n\n\n\nPausing between postures in a very dynamic way and combining all these things in one intentional focus is perhaps the most powerful aspect of this ancient practice. \n\n\n\nIt is a profound integration\, an art and science\, an immersion which attunes us with the great yoga masters near and far\, and brings us into awareness of our best and highest Self. This rooting allows us a safe and strong alignment all the way up the sacred spine\, where we can realize massive benefits in both physical and subtle ways throughout all the asanas. We practice breathing deeply\, and relaxing\, even in the midst of great effort. Through the use of affirmations and pranayama we align our own consciousness with more expanded realities. \n\n\n\nPausing between postures in a very dynamic way and combining all these things in one intentional focus is perhaps the most powerful aspect of this ancient practice. \n\n\n\nIt is a profound integration\, an art and science\, an immersion which attunes us with the great yoga masters near and far\, and brings us into awareness of our best and highest Self.
