This 4-class series meets on Wednesday evenings (June 3, 10, 17 & 24) from 7 – 8p online (Zoom).
During this series, you will learn the basics of meditation. Each class will offer inspiration, clear and simple techniques, and a guided meditation – so you feel confident and ready to start your own practice.
This course is perfect for beginners or those with some experience wanting to establish a consistent practice.
You can re-take this series at any time, at no charge. No organizational affiliation is required or expected.

Week 2 – Concentration on the Breath
Week 3 – Calm Feeling at the Heart of Meditation
