You could say Italian food is considered one of the world’s most beloved cuisines, right? It’s easy enough to open a jar of tomato sauce, boil some pasta until it sticks to the wall, and call it an “Italian night” for the family. But when you step into one of those high-end Italian restaurants, you can’t help but think, “I wish I could cook like this at home. It’s so simple, yet so delicious!” Well my friends, here’s your chance to learn how!
On May 24th at Ananda’s Heart Song Hermitage, we’re hosting a hands-on retreat to unlock the secrets and deepen your understanding of Italian cuisine. Vahini, born and raised in Rome, Italy, with a deep understanding of how Italian flavors come together, and Jaidhara, who was born in the U.S. yet spent several years working in the retreat kitchen of Ananda in Assisi, Italy will introduce you to the almost sacred art (to Italians, at least) of authentic Italian cooking.
We hope you can join us for a fun, educational, and of course, delicious experience!
