In-person or online: The Art of Super Relaxation

While we all know what relaxation is, how many of us actually know how to achieve it? During this class, we will learn and practice the techniques of ‘Super Relaxation’ as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda, author of the spiritual classic, Autobiography of a Yogi.
We will learn how to completely relax the physical body using techniques to release tension and stress. Not only can you learn to relax physically, but also mentally. We will explore how to manifest calmness in the mind. When the worries and trials of everyday life howl around us, how can we learn to be like water, which does not retain any impression of the waves that play on its bosom?
Finally, we will go even deeper with our exploration of “Super Relaxation”, what Yogananda called “soul relaxation.” Soul relaxation is the state in which we are free from all tensions, restlessness – where we know that at our very center, we are filled with deep calmness and peace.
