ONLINE: Ridding Consciousness of Worry

Ananda teacher, Sandhya Bandha, has conducted researched from the archives of the unpublished writings of Paramhansa Yogananda and discovered jewels of bright and colorful wisdom and practical techniques to overcome the worries and stress of modern, virus-prone life!
Entering our Zoom classroom, we’ll have an open and interactive session on how to recognize and transform worry consciousness into an uplifting state of confidence and calmness. Explore simple techniques to remain calm in challenging situations and confront unwarranted worries. Discover your own innate, inner power to take practical steps to find solutions and transform problems into solutions.
Together we will do some centering practices, energizing exercises, interactive sharing and conversation and a technique called “mirroring.” There will be time to journal and time to explore yoga precepts and their application to these issues.
Sandhya shares this about herself: “Inspired by the teachings of Paramhansa Yoganandaji and Ananda, I have started deepening my journal as a yogi. I have teaching certificates in both Ananda Yoga and Meditation and am looking forward to this opportunity to share the yogic teachings.”
