Monday Yoga with Sita { at Lynnwood }

Join Sita in person at the Ananda Community in Lynnwood. Although Sita has practiced yoga for over twenty years, she has been a dedicated student of Ananda Yoga since 2014. Though all yoga brings physical benefits to the body, Sita appreciates how working deeply with the breath, affirmations, pranayama, and calm awareness, Ananda Yoga deeply benefits mind and spirit.

PLEASE NOTE – this class is in person at the Ananda Community in Lynnwood. 20715 Larch Way, Lynnwood. Look for signs to the Hansa temple.
