Journaling for Health & Positivity

Studies suggest that certain kinds of writing can strengthen our immune systems, help us to manage negative emotions, and relieve stress—especially welcome benefits in times like these. This 4-week Zoom class is designed to support journalers and would-be journalers who want to develop and sustain a beneficial, healing journaling practice.
Each week we’ll explore ways to keep on track with our journaling practice, then spend time writing in response to therapeutic prompts that model ways to use a journal as a positive tool on the spiritual path. Yogananda encouraged us use the “needle of attentive introspection” to promote mental health and further our progress toward Self-realization. This interactive, hands-on class is designed with that advice in mind.
