Welcome to the life enhancing practice of meditation! Through practicing meditation, you will experience increasing vitality and physical well being along with the ability to work with more clarity and concentration. By meditating, the emotions become calm and you will be less reactive to life’s daily stress. But most importantly you will rediscover a sense of peace and harmony with nature and all living beings.
In this 8-week course, you will learn time tested and universal techniques to relax the body, focus the mind through breath awareness, and expand into higher awareness. Students will establish their own meditation practice supported by like-minded souls and friends. Let’s begin the journey of spiritual transformation together!
Each class will offer a guided centering, different themes of inspiration, simple and effective relaxation and meditation techniques, a guided meditation and time for questions and answers. (See the flow for each class below.)
Discover your inner wellspring of health, happiness, creativity, and inner peace!
