We have been carefully monitoring the developing situation with the COVID outbreak and how we can maintain a safe and hygienic environment for our yoga classes. However, even with the safety measures that we’ve undertaken, it is hard to ensure a level of hygiene that is necessary now. So, for a brief period, it is appropriate to suspend our yoga classes. Starting tomorrow (Friday March 13), all yoga classes are suspended through Tuesday, March 31. We will re-evaluate the situation at that time.
The practice of yoga is especially beneficial not only to boost our immune system and stress relief, but also to take us inward and keep us centered in the spine. We will continue to connect with you online and practice Ananda Yoga together. Murali will be offering both the Saturday morning and Wednesday evening class through Facebook Live, starting this Saturday, March 13th. Lynne and Sita will also be offering their Monday and Friday classes resp. online. Over the next few days, we will offer more online classes as well, so stay tuned!
Thank you friends. Let us remember this affirmation, as we temporarily transition to meeting online: I am safe. I am sound. All good things come to me. They bring me Peace!
