This 4-class series meets on Wednesday evenings (May 6, 13, 20 & 27) from 7 – 8p online (Zoom).
During this series, you will learn the basics of meditation. Each class will offer inspiration, clear and simple techniques, and a guided meditation – so you feel confident and ready to start your own practice.
This course is perfect for beginners or those with some experience wanting to establish a consistent practice.
