There are no obstacles – only opportunities! Learn practical techniques for releasing energy blocks & establishing new habits of willingness and creativity. Discover how to live a healthy, dynamic life, bringing to you a sense of well-being and spiritual growth.
Each class will include: a brief period of stretching, meditation, time for students to share their experiences, presentation of new material and individual and group exercises with discussion.
Learn how to:
• Identify what may be blocking energy flows and concentration
• Reprogram the subconscious while working more with the conscious and superconscious minds
• Raise your energy level and increase your will power
• Become more centered and attuned to higher levels of awareness
