2013 Pilgrimage to India – Payment and Registration deadlines

In order to reserve your space, please submit a deposit of $1,000 with your reservation form.

Early Bird Discount:

If we receive your completed reservation form and full payment by September 15, 2012, you will receive the discounted price as listed above.

All final payments are due by November 18, 2012.

November 18, 2012 is also the final registration deadline, but we will continue to take more reservations if space allows. Registrations after November 18, 2012 may have changes in the overall price if air and hotels change prices after that date.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel by November 18, 2012 or before, your payment will be refunded, less a $300 cancellation fee. If we have purchased your internal India air or train tickets, any applicable flight/train cancellation fees will also be subtracted from your refund.

After November 18, 2012, any refunds on the remainder of your payment will be subject to the terms and conditions of the airlines, tour companies and other providers in India, plus any other charges incurred by Ananda Seattle on your behalf.

Passport:

You will need a passport that is valid until September 2013. If yours expires before September 2013, you must renew it before you request your visa. If you need a new passport, or need to renew one, do so immediately by going to iafdb.travel.state.gov. You will find instructions there.

Visa:

The easiest way to obtain a visa is to go to a nearby Indian Embassy, or go to the web-site: www.cgisf.org. Please check with Padma before filling out your visa application for the special information you will need to include on your application.

Flights:

Please arrange your own flight(s) to Delhi. The airport designation is DEL. We will arrange your pick-up from the airport to the Gurgaon guest house, once you send us your detailed flight information.

We would like to coordinate with as many of you as possible to select the same flights, in order to enhance the flight enjoyment with friends, and to simplify airport drop-off/pick-up arrangements in India. We will announce the suggested flight pattern no later than September 15, 2012 (hopefully before!).

Connecting Flights:

If you will be coming from cities other than Seattle, please arrive early enough to ensure that you will not miss the international flight to Delhi!

If you are coming from other parts of Washington State, please arrive at the Seattle airport no later than 3 hours prior to flight departure time that day.

If you are coming from other states it is advisable to arrive a day earlier to Seattle.
